ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned) Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities including training and development of employees and store responsibilities; Scheduling employees for shifts; Resolving store issues including customer concerns; Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements; Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise; Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste. REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) High School Diploma or GED required; and Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment. Experience One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred. Seniority level
