Program Overview & Role Peraton is seeking a Mobile Device Reverse Engineer to support a critical mission within our Cyber Mission Business Unit in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role involves software design, reverse engineering, and vulnerability research. Responsibilities include: Develop software capabilities considering underlying hardware Optimize algorithms for size, utilization, and performance Perform Agile development and estimate task durations Respond to operational requirements promptly Understand malware detection and evasion techniques Test software comprehensively (unit, functional, integration) Develop network-capable, persistent software implants Document designs, explain tradeoffs, decompose high-level designs Analyze and modify complex algorithms across layers Recommend new technologies and processes Qualifications 8+ years with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 5+ years in software engineering, reverse engineering, or vulnerability research iOS development experience Binary reverse engineering expertise Proficiency in C and ARM assembly Active TS SCI security clearance with current polygraph Compensation Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000 based on experience.
