Clinical Director (Center-Based) | $95K$100K Base + Bonus Potential Up to $124K

At ANNA (Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement) , were building something different a care model centered on compassion, quality, and long-term impact for young children with autism and their families. As a Clinical Director, youll play a key leadership role in making that vision a reality.

This role is center-based and focused on delivering care to children ages 18 months to 6 years , helping them develop meaningful skills through evidence-based, naturalistic therapy. Youll oversee day-to-day operations of our Weston clinic, support and grow a talented team of clinicians, and ensure our services reflect the gold standard of Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) . Enjoy a stable MondayFriday schedule no nights, weekends, or travel required .

  • Annual earning potential: Up to $124,000 with performance-based bonuses

What Youll Do

  • Lead daily clinic operations, including staff scheduling, supply management, and maintaining a well-run, child-friendly environment
  • Supervise and mentor BCBAs and Behavior Technicians, ensuring high-quality, individualized care for children ages 18 months to 6 years
  • Support clinical quality and compliance through documentation review, assessments, treatment planning, and parent coaching
  • Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and team development initiatives
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment where clinicians grow and children thrive

Who You Are

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with 5+ years of experience, OR Ph.D. in psychology, special education, or a related field
  • Experience with Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (e.g., ESDM, PRT, JASPER) preferred
  • Skilled in supervision, staff development, and maintaining high clinical standards
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
