Job Description
Jefferson Health is seeking compassionate, patient focused Per Diem Hospitalists to join our Hospital Medicine team in New Jersey. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for physicians who are looking to supplement their schedules or interested in a dynamic, supportive environment without a full-time commitment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical care, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Respond to acute medical situations and emergencies on the floor
• Document care using EPIC electronic medical records
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care team members
  

Salary Range
The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
