Senior Product Marketing Manager

About Telesis Bio: Telesis Bio is a leading biotechnology company specializing in automated solutions for DNA and RNA synthesis. Our BioXp systems empower researchers to design, build, and test genetic constructs in-house accelerating synthetic biology innovation and reducing timelines from weeks to hours.
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead outbound marketing efforts for our Gibson SOLA DNA synthesis platform as well as supporting our legacy BioXp platform, with a primary focus on the antibody discovery and mRNA therapeutics markets. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in early commercialization and growth-phase environments, and who is passionate about shaping market perception, driving awareness, and enabling commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and refine positioning, messaging, and content strategy for Gibson SOLA in antibody discovery and mRNA production applications
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications strategies aligned with corporate objectives and product roadmaps.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing on major product launches and promotional planning for future SOLA workflows.
- Participate in structured Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives and synthesize insights from sales interactions to inform content strategy and value propositions.
- Manage content creation for website, email campaigns, product brochures, case studies, social media, webinars, and press releases.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and R&D to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling messaging.
- Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, scientific conferences, and virtual events.
- Oversee brand consistency and adherence to style and messaging guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize campaigns using KPIs and reporting tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a life sciences field.
- 5+ years of marketing communications experience in the biotechnology, life sciences, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in application-focused B2B marketing, preferably in tools or platforms used for biologics, antibody engineering, or mRNA development.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with ability to tailor complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, early-growth environment with evolving priorities.
