What Youll Work On

• Building interactive Next.js 15 interfaces for our AI-enhanced patient portal & provider tools.
• Designing & implementing real-time scheduling, messaging, and decision-support UI.
• Developing reusable components & design systems that ensure accessibility, performance, and HIPAA compliance.
• Optimizing for speed & engagementour patients need fast, frictionless experiences.
• Integrating AI into front-end workflows, allowing providers to instantly access insights from LLM-driven automation.
  

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years experience in modern front-end development (React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS).
• Deep UX/UI expertiseyou know how to make complex workflows feel effortless.
• Comfort working with APIs & real-time data (GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architectures).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted UX (LLM integrations, intelligent UI design, etc.).
• HIPAA/security mindset (or willingness to learnwe handle PHI, so compliance matters).
