Transactional Associate Attorney | $100K$150K | On-Site in Colorado (Hybrid after 1st Year)
A respected and growing law firm focused on homeowner associations and real estate law is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join its team. If you're a detail-oriented attorney with a strong foundation in real estate, corporate governance, and contract lawthis is a great opportunity to work with a steady client base and build long-term client relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Review and interpret governing documents, statutes, contracts, insurance policies, and real estate instruments
- Draft legal documents including contracts, opinion letters, rules, licenses, and easements
- Conduct legal research and provide actionable advice to board members and HOA clients
- Attend board and annual meetings
- Engage in business development and client education initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Active Colorado law license
- 46 years of experience in transactional and/or litigation matters related to: Real estate, Nonprofit or corporate governance, Contract law, Fair housing/employment/tort law
- Strong communication skills, especially with clients who may not have legal backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple matters and track time
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, legal research tools, and case management software

Compensation: $100,000$150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
