ob Title: Quality Control Project Administrator
Location: San Jose, CA
Pay Rate: $25 - $30 per hour (DOE)

The Quality Control Project Administrator provides administrative and compliance support to the on-site project team. This role ensures daily site operations run smoothly by managing office needs, tracking construction documentation, and supporting quality control compliance. Candidates must be flexible to work at various project sites as needed.
Review subcontractor daily reports and inform Superintendent of follow-up items
Submit inspection requests in inspection software and confirm required details
Enter inspection activity into logistics tracking tools
Scan and upload safety logs and barrier assessments to internal systems
Maintain weekly work plans displayed in field offices
Download, review, and distribute monthly labor reports
Upload monthly MMRP reports to meet city requirements
Collect field timecard signatures and return scanned copies to admin team
File reports from special inspectors and site inspectors of record
Track upcoming subcontractor inspections
Support creation of finish protection matrix using project specifications
Take minutes during field meetings when needed
Perform additional documentation tracking and admin tasks as assigned
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
Construction industry experience preferred; strong office/admin background highly desired
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience with project software like Procore, JD Edwards, Bluebeam is a plus
Familiarity with content sharing tools (e.g., Egnyte) is helpful
Quick to learn new software systems and tools
