Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Mobile Software Developer to join our team on an equity-only basis. This role is perfect for someone with experience in mobile application development who is eager to contribute to an innovative product in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time, flexible position (4-20 hours per month) where you will play a key role in shaping our mobile applications. Your expertise will help us optimize performance, integrate back-end services, and build seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance new features for our mobile applications. Maintain and optimize existing mobile solutions to improve performance and user experience. Integrate back-end services using RESTful APIs. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure app stability, responsiveness, and efficiency. Participate in two evening meetings per week to discuss progress, blockers, and next steps with the team.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in mobile application development. Proficiency in Flutter, React Native, or native development (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android). Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app integration. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team. Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic, evolving environment.
