About Program Phoenix Program Phoenix is a multi-year initiative to create a real-time enterprise built on a common data model, global processes, and seamless data flow, enabling operational efficiency and scalability. The program involves a greenfield implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, CRM, and PLM. Summary Of Role The role will be responsible for leading a global team to design and deliver SAP solutions supporting GlobalFoundries’ business transformation and growth. This includes working closely with senior business and IT leadership, implementation partners, Enterprise Architecture, and the PMO, focusing on end-to-end ERP processes in the semiconductor industry. Essential Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end process design, build, test, and integration of S/4 HANA across multiple process areas. Lead solution design of complex cross-functional integration topics. Manage relationships with functional leads and SI partner leads, providing leadership, analysis, and design tasks to support the development of an integrated solution. Lead resolution of process and technical integration issues related to SAP, reviewing end-to-end business process scenarios to ensure solutions are consistent, scalable, and aligned with best practices. Expertise in cutover planning, project planning, gathering business and functional requirements, creating functional specifications, and use case data flow diagrams. Required Qualifications 10-15 years of overall experience, with at least 5-6 full lifecycle SAP implementations in an MNC, including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over, post go-live support). Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus. Successful delivery of global, complex greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably in a RISE with SAP environment. Functional expertise in at least one SAP module (Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.). Proven leadership skills, ability to prioritize, make decisions, and lead complex topics globally. Excellent English communication skills, experience creating presentations on SAP design topics. Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones in a global team. SAP consulting experience with a top-tier organization is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing/Hi-Tech industry. Knowledge of S/4HANA Rise licensing and commercial models. Understanding of integration between ERP, PLM, and CRM. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, business process management tools, S/4HANA technology stack, release management, etc. Salary Range $90,000 - $194,200, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. Note: The role may require obtaining a US Department of Defense Security Clearance, and applicants consent to background checks and citizenship inquiries.
