Business Group

Washington, D.C., New York, Seattle, Spokane, or Portland .
Position Highlights
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior attorney who thrives on
negotiating and drafting commercial contracts
across a range of industries—particularly
consumer goods and consumer products .
You’ll work directly with
regional and national business clients
on matters such as:
Manufacturing Agreements Distribution Agreements Sales Broker Agreements Raw Material & Packaging Supply Agreements Equipment Purchase & Lease Agreements Product Purchase, Sale, and Supply Agreements

collegial environment , strong
client development support , and
cross-office collaboration .
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 7+ years of relevant commercial contracts experience Portable book of business required JD from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills Demonstrated ability to handle a broad portfolio of contracts work

Compensation Range
Base salary:
$200,000 – $325,000 (dependent on experience, location, and other factors)
Additional compensation:
Bonus potential plus
full benefits package
