Events & Webinar Manager
to join the Demand Generation team at
Expana . In this role, you’ll bring our brand and expertise to life through high-impact webinars and strategic event experiences that create real engagement — and real results. You’ll be central to our demand generation engine, managing the planning and execution of webinars at scale, and overseeing select external events that fuel prospecting and pipeline growth. Run Webinars That Make an Impact Own the end-to-end process: planning, speaker coordination, content development, technical setup, promotion, and live moderation Collaborate with the Content Strategist to develop strong, timely webinar topics and engaging formats Use platforms like On24 (or similar) to ensure smooth delivery and a great experience for attendees Work closely with digital channel managers to maximise attendance and engagement Lead Event Execution with Purpose Identify high-ROI events that support business goals and build pipeline Manage logistics, sales participation, and pre/post-event engagement plans Support the planning of smaller side-events (like roundtables and private dinners) to deepen relationships with key prospects Equip the sales team with key talking points, agendas, and follow-up plans Track, Learn, Improve Measure webinar and event performance: attendance, engagement, leads, and pipeline contribution Deliver post-event reporting and actionable insights to optimise future activity What You’ll Bring
2–4 years of experience managing webinars and B2B events Strong organisational and project management skills — you know how to juggle multiple moving parts Hands-on experience with webinar platforms (e.g., On24) and CRM/marketing tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills An analytical mindset — you know what good looks like and how to improve performance Experience in data/analytics sectors preferably or SaaS. Knowledge of demand generation metrics and ROI analysis Comfort moderating live sessions or speaking on webinars We’re a fast-growing global business at the intersection of data, technology, and market intelligence.
