About the Role :
We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is essential to scaling our customer acquisition efforts and driving e-commerce growth. You will own paid campaign execution, performance analysis, and work closely with both the creative and tech teams to ensure tracking and targeting excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
Possess strong paid social media skills and extensive experience in social media advertising, with a focus on expanding efforts to reach potential customers, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth.
Work with developers and product team to ensure pixel / tag implementation is correct and updated, and troubleshoot tracking issues when needed.
Make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Analyze campaign data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights to the manager and cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with the analytics team to conduct A / B testing and translate data insights into actionable strategies that drive business performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all channels and campaigns.
Stay up to date with advertising changes, emerging trends, and new opportunities in the market.
Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in paid media, specifically in e-commerce performance marketing .
Proven success running and optimizing campaigns in : Meta Ads and Google Ads (required)TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, other Social Media Ads (preferred)
Strong understanding of funnel strategies, attribution, retargeting, and audience segmentation.
Proficiency in Google Analytics , UTM setup, and interpreting performance metrics.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
