Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Trade Remedies Associate Attorney
with
3 to 6 years of experience (ONLY)
to join its nationally recognized International Trade & Supply Chain Practice, supporting the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and reviews Support litigation before the U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. International Trade Commission, and U.S. Court of International Trade Provide strategic legal counsel on trade remedy compliance and risk mitigation Assist with customs-related matters (, but not required) Qualifications: 3 to 6 years
of experience in trade remedies, specifically involving antidumping and countervailing duty cases Experience with customs issues is a plus Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of application, or willingness to obtain This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team working on complex cross-border matters for global clients in technology and manufacturing.
