Chime Interactive provides comprehensive digital strategy services, website design and development, in addition to a suite of video and multimedia production services, primarily in the music and arts industries. Tasks include content creation, sourcing, posting and project managing. 20-30 hours/week with room to grow. Work is performed remotely, supported by regular video conferencing. The right candidate will be self-motivated and have the following qualifications. SKILLS required: 2+ years project management experience handling multiple clients and projects concurrently Prior experience running social media accounts for businesses Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are both professional and friendly Efficient time management and organization skills Strong planning, project execution, and analytical competencies Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and best practices for each Ability to track and measure results, incorporating lessons learned Strong attention to detail Ability to take initiative and make things happen, comfortable working independently Basic website management skills (Wordpress is a plus) Basic image and video editing capabilities Working knowledge of Google apps (drive, sheets, docs) Experience with Mailchimp email marketing ADDITIONAL SKILLS are a plus: Experience with digital advertising + paid social Wordpress new website development Programming (PHP / MySQL / Wordpress / Drupal) Experience in music industry/musical artists TASKS include: Build, manage and implement weekly social media content schedule Create email blasts including copy writing, drafting, and sending Manage web site content using CMS platforms (such as Wordpress) and static HTML Develop original post content, gathering content, and actively engaging with artists’ audiences Track audience metrics & insights, adjusting content and strategies accordingly Research and evaluate new social media tools and services against business goals and deliver actionable recommendations Manage on-line listings of tour dates/events (Bandsintown, Songkick, Seated) and help coordinate announcements and marketing efforts Collaborate with external teams (production, marketing/PR, advertising, commercial and platform partnerships) JOB BENEFITS / PERKS: Autonomy in your work Ability to work from home Opportunity to grow quickly and move up Unique access to high-profile musicians and events If this position is of interest to you, please email us with your Resume & Cover Letter to jobs (at) chimeinteractive.com.
