Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr **This is a relocation job posting - This role is located in Greenville, SC and will require relocation upon acceptance with relocation assistance provided** We’re hiring a senior product leader to own and scale a mobile-first overdraft/advance product embedded within a digital banking experience. This is a P&L-ownership leadership role reporting to the Chief Product Officer and responsible for strategy, growth, and the end-to-end product experience for a consumer-facing mobile-first financial product. What you’ll do Own full P&L for the product line and drive revenue, margin and customer-growth goals. Define and execute the product roadmap to ensure product-market fit, competitive differentiation, and scalable unit economics. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, Marketing and Compliance to deliver a best-in-class in-app advance experience. Set, monitor and optimize KPIs across acquisition, retention, repayment and lifetime value. Identify and lead growth levers: pricing, product enhancements, underwriting models and data-driven improvements. Lead customer research, A/B testing and behavioral analytics to improve flows and performance. Manage external partnerships with payment processors, data providers and financial partners. Track competitor trends and market dynamics to inform positioning and product strategy. Build and coach a high-performing, cross-functional team and foster a culture of accountability and rapid learning. What we’re looking for 8+ years in fintech or consumer digital financial products, with at least 4+ years in a mobile-first product environment. Direct experience managing a cash advance, overdraft alternative, or embedded lending/advance solution. Proven success owning P&L for a digital financial product and driving customer acquisition and revenue optimization. Strong familiarity with ACH rails, card issuing platforms, and embedded finance providers. Experience with data APIs (Plaid, Argyle or similar) and mobile analytics/A-B testing tools. Comfortable with SQL or analytics tools (Tableau, etc.) for data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of risk-based decisioning, alternative underwriting and regulatory frameworks in financial services. Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Passion for building accessible financial products that serve underbanked or non-prime consumers. Preferred / nice-to-have Previous experience with mobile app growth (ASO, push/in-app engagement) and performance marketing for financial products.
