What to expect:
Serve as a strategic HR partner
to the business on all people-related matters, including recruitment and conversion, secondments, re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower needs. Oversee and resolve employee relations matters
across the employee life cycle, from onboarding through to offboarding. Conduct ground sensing to
identify people-related needs
and
deliver tailored HR solutions
in collaboration with key stakeholders. Work closely with internal HR functional teams to implement and operationalise HR policies at the business unit level. Provide sound guidance on HR policies and employment legislation to ensure compliance and consistency. Drive and implement HR strategies that align with and support business goals and performance. Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned. Who we are looking for: Possesses
minimum 5 years of experience in in-house recruitment and workforce planning. Experience in working with cross-functional HR teams (e.g., talent acquisition, L&D, C&B)
to deliver integrated HR solutions. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to analyze people-related data and translate insights into actionable HR strategies.
