Position Summary:
We are seeking a
CRM Advisory Solution Consultant
to lead the development of a
Best Practice Proof of Concept (POC) Program
focusing on CRM and AI within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves designing, iterating, and enhancing a showcase program that demonstrates innovation and practical application of CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation of CRM POC environments demonstrating ServiceNow CRM Workflow and AI features. Develop and refine the POC program based on feedback and technological advancements. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and GTM teams to deliver scalable solutions. Apply expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, especially CRM workflows. Utilize knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data strategies. Operate swiftly to solve technical challenges and improve processes. Document solutions, conduct training, and share knowledge across teams. Contribute thought leadership in architecture forums and market positioning. Qualifications: Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or automation. 7+ years in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or technical leadership. Proven expertise with ServiceNow CRM and related applications. Strong background in CRM architecture and integrations. Experience creating prototypes and innovation labs. Knowledge of integration tools like REST APIs, ETL, data virtualization. Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred: AI/ML experience within ServiceNow or similar platforms, GTM experience, thought leadership, Agile development experience. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $130,000 to $217,000 plus equity, incentives, and benefits. Compensation varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. Benefits include health plans, 401(k), ESPP, flexible time off, and family leave programs. Additional Information
