Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Overview: A distinguished boutique law firm in Denver is seeking a full-time Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its litigation practice. The position focuses on handling complex commercial, business, and real estate litigation matters. Ideal for attorneys with 2–8 years of experience, the role offers a hybrid work environment and an opportunity to work with a team representing a diverse range of clients. Recruitment is being conducted on behalf of the firm. Location: Duties: Handle complex commercial, business, and real estate litigation cases Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Take and defend depositions Argue dispositive and procedural motions in court Prepare for and conduct examinations during trials Manage litigation strategy, deadlines, and client communication Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on all phases of litigation Requirements: 2–8 years of litigation experience 2–4 years: receptive to additional training 5–8 years: expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy Strong understanding of both state and federal rules of civil procedure Prior experience with depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Must be licensed and in good standing with the Colorado Bar Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school Certifications: Active admission to the Colorado Bar (required) Skills: Excellent legal research and writing abilities Strong courtroom and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with effective organizational and time management skills Professional demeanor and strong client service orientation Health and dental insurance 401(k) with firm contributions Opportunity for professional growth and hands-on litigation experience Supportive and collaborative team culture Company info BCG Attorney Search 200 South Wacker Drive, 31st Floor Chicago Illinois United States 60606 Phone :
