Not available - US work authorization required The Opportunity Our client, a rapidly scaling Healthcare AI company, is seeking a **Go-to-Market Recruiter** to own their entire GTM recruiting function during a critical growth phase. You'll be the strategic talent partner to executive leadership, building world-class sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams that will drive the company's expansion in the healthcare AI space. This is a foundational role where you'll shape hiring strategy from the ground up and directly impact how this innovative company scales its revenue organization. What You'll Do Own GTM Recruiting Strategy Lead full-cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, and revenue operations roles Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of top-tier GTM talent Partner directly with executive leadership on hiring strategy and workforce planning Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets Drive Results & Performance Execute high-volume hiring with measurable performance standards Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality standards Conduct extensive candidate outreach and maintain strong pipeline health Deliver on aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced startup environment Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Help establish recruiting best practices and processes as the company scales What We're Looking For 3-8 years of recruiting experience with proven track record of results Minimum 2 years in startup environments - you understand the pace and ambiguity Go-to-market recruiting specialization (sales, marketing, revenue operations) B2B SaaS experience with complex product understanding preferred Proven Performance Track record of meeting/exceeding hiring targets and performance metrics Experience with high-volume recruiting and pipeline management Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates effectively Strong close rates and candidate satisfaction scores Startup DNA Thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments Comfortable with hands-on, scrappy approach to recruiting Proactive problem-solver who can push projects forward independently Experience scaling teams during rapid growth phases The Ideal Candidate You're a performance-driven recruiter who gets energized by the challenge of building teams at a growing startup. You've been in the trenches of GTM recruiting, know how to source and close top sales and marketing talent, and can articulate your impact through concrete metrics.
