Passionate about our exciting hardware lineup? Come be a part of the Windows & Devices Commercial Sales Finance Team! We are looking for a motivated individual with enthusiasm to take on a high-impact role as Surface Commercial Finance Lead for the Americas region.
The Windows and Devices Finance Team comprises teams covering Sales, Revenue, Investments, Competitions, and Gross Margins (GM). We are strong advocates for the business and drive growth through:
Delivering unit, revenue, GM, and market share targets
Developing a deep understanding of Windows and Devices investment framework and Return on Investment (ROI)
Providing actionable analytics and insights on competitors, retailers, partners, and customers to drive market share
Providing predictability and transparency through financial outlooks
Proactively scoping risks and opportunities
Being trusted leaders to our business partners with engagement and insight

Qualifications
Required / minimum qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance, or related field
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance, or related field
3+ years in a matrixed organization
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. Specific locations like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City have a range of USD $123,500 - $206,400. Certain roles may be eligible for additional benefits.

Responsibilities
Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead regional sales forecast processes and annual budgets, aligning with corporate objectives and market strategies. Manage monthly P&L close processes.
Financial Modelling: Build and maintain robust financial models for business performance and scenario planning.
Performance Analysis: Deliver insights on financial metrics, partner performance, and market competitiveness to influence outcomes.
Business Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to business partners, enabling achievement of KPIs like sales units, revenue, and market share. Collaborate with teams to strategize, execute deals, and ensure launch readiness.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare executive presentations and dashboards to communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities. Collaborate with global teams to assess strategy effectiveness.
Leadership: Contribute to the finance community, promote analytic rigor, and support a positive culture.
