Learn more at rate.com. Salary: 60 to 70k Rate is looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist with experience in Total Expert to join our CRM team! The Marketing Specialist will focus primarily on multi-channel journey creation and content library management, with the opportunity to inform company communication strategy and improve our automation offerings. This person will need to be an expert communicator, adaptive and able to switch gears quickly. They can expect to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. The CRM Marketing Specialist will be a member of the Marketing department, which functions as an internal agency – including copywriters, designers, video producers, event specialists, social media experts and so much more. Their team will consist of other email, SMS, and CRM platform specialists. What you’ll be doing: Act as one of the primary system owners and administrators for our CRM system, Total Expert Build, test, audit, and continuously optimize Journey automations for all of Rate’s retail and consumer direct brand channels Set up campaigns and single send marketing from end to end – segmentation, coding, A/B testing, QA, deep linking and reporting Define and maintain scalable processes, SLAs, KPIs and marketing workflows to ensure best practices in journey automation and lead management Manage large Content Libraries of email, print, and social media marketing assets; and assist in the execution and troubleshooting of content library assets Constantly work towards standardization of content library assets, execution processes, and searchability efforts across all five Total Expert orgs Oversee regular audits of marketing content and maintain compliance per relevant email, print and SMS regulations (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, CCPA) Test and resolve email coding issues and help solve complex email rendering issues, and help resolve email deliverability problems Proactively provide ideas and solutions towards the improvement of processes Collaborate with internal business partners and external CRM team to create digital experiences and automations that accomplish business goals and drive CRM platform adoption Perform other duties as assigned What you’ll bring to the table: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or similar; or equivalent work experience in related field Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience using Marketing Automation systems Experience with Total Expert’s content library and journey tools Email and Web development skills: Responsive HTML/CSS Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with APIs and database experience (SQL) as it relates to marketing automation is a plus!
