We support a law firm by partnering with attorneys and clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions in high-stakes litigation, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, advisory services, and complex transactions. What You'll Do :
Maintain recruiting database (LawCruit), including data entry of resumes, interview schedules, and reporting for all lateral and summer associate candidates. Assist with lateral recruiting activities, including scheduling, file maintenance, expense reimbursement, and drafting correspondence. Plan for OCI, including interview preparation, hiring meetings, reporting, and candidate expenses. Support the Summer Program with communication, logistics, event planning, training, and evaluation processes. Coordinate law school events, including outreach, communication, and logistics. Schedule interviews, greet applicants, and collect evaluations. Prepare offer and rejection letters for candidates. Work with departments to manage onboarding information for new attorneys and summer associates. Handle recruiting expenses, distribute materials, maintain spreadsheets, and perform other administrative tasks. Who You Are :
Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of related experience, preferably in a law firm or law school environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with LawCruit or similar databases. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and adaptability to last-minute changes. Strong communication skills and professional demeanor. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team. Willingness to work extended hours as needed.
