We’re seeking a highly motivated and multi-talented Marketing Specialist to help build and scale the marketing program for Superior Installations, while also supporting a sister brand as needed. This role is ideal for a strategic creative, someone who can design eye-catching materials, write clear and compelling content, and help build a brand from the ground up.
You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute and refine campaigns, build marketing assets (digital and print), assist with lead generation funnels, and promote customer engagement and satisfaction. You’ll be a key player in elevating our presence across web, email, print, and social channels.

What You'll Do
Branding & Content Creation
Develop branded content and ensure consistency across all channels and materials Create website content, landing pages, case studies, blog posts, brochures, and other print collateral Design marketing materials: brochures, mailers, signage, trade show materials, and more Maintain a living archive of printed materials and coordinate reorders and updates Digital Marketing & Strategy
Collaborate on brand strategy and positioning for Superior and the sister company Create and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, targeting customers at all stages of the funnel Assist in building and managing lead generation strategies, list segmentation, and nurturing workflows Plan and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media, display ads) to drive traffic and conversions Occasionally, assist with social media campaigns Customer Experience & Optimization
Identify and improve key conversion and drop-off points across the digital experience Analyze user behavior to enhance campaign effectiveness and improve funnels Help manage and improve customer review/rating programs (e.g., Google Reviews, Home Depot ratings), including soliciting feedback and ensuring responses Cross-Company Support
While your main focus will be Superior Installations, you'll assist in the creation of marketing materials and brand assets for a sister company, as needed Help ensure alignment in tone, quality, and presentation across both brands What We're Looking For
Four-year degree in marketing, public relations, communication or similar field Prefer 2+ years of marketing or similar industry experience (internships included) Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools Proficiency with design software, whether Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting priorities
