Senior Strategic Partner Manager

to launch, manage, and scale key partnerships for Lyft in support of our Rideshare line of business. These partnerships span various verticals and product areas, focusing on Lyft’s Rider and Pink membership programs. Reporting to the Senior Partner Manager for Travel & Rewards and Pay, you will join a team that accelerates growth and drives revenue for our largest line of business. You are passionate about consumer technology, business strategy, building new opportunities, and growing relationships, helping shape Lyft’s strategic priorities and the future of transportation. Responsibilities:

Launch, manage, and grow strategic partners to align with and exceed Lyft’s company objectives, product priorities, and key business metrics Leverage data and insights to drive strategy recommendations and partner initiatives Build and share learnings and best practices based on partner performance and effectiveness Scale partnership programs that drive incremental rides, bookings, market share, preference, and membership growth Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships across the company, partnering independently and proactively with Product, Legal, Marketing, FP&A, Science, and other key internal teams Act as the day-to-day liaison between Lyft and partner organizations Own all financial and analytics reporting for your strategic segment, participating in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders Drive quarterly business reviews with partners to align on upcoming opportunities Serve as the primary POC for strategic partners internally to ensure partner support and satisfaction Represent partners internally and Lyft externally with partners’ management teams and at industry events Experience:

7+ years of experience in business development, partner management, strategy, and/or program management Strong understanding and interest in Lyft’s products and competitive landscape Experience with two-sided marketplaces Comfort working with product and technical teams; technical knowledge of product integrations is a plus Highly analytical, strategic, data-driven, and a creative problem solver Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure and quickly build consensus with stakeholders Collegial, high-energy, persistent personality with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Great sense of humor Benefits:

This role is in-office on a hybrid schedule—working in the office 3 days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays). Lyft considers working in-office at least 3 days per week essential. Hybrid roles offer flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid The base pay range in the NYC area is $143,000 - $178,750, depending on qualifications, experience, and location. Total compensation depends on various factors, including possible equity, bonuses, and benefits.
