The Role
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our CEO. This role goes far beyond calendar management—it’s about enabling strategic focus, acting as a force multiplier, and keeping critical company initiatives moving forward. You’ll be a proactive problem-solver, a gatekeeper, a connector, and an air traffic controller who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to bring order to chaos.

Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, ensuring time is allocated to highest priorities. Prepare CEO for meetings with briefing materials, context, and objectives. Manage communications on behalf of the CEO—drafting emails, coordinating responses, and ensuring follow-through. Track progress of key company initiatives and ensure the CEO has visibility on all moving parts. Drive follow-ups from leadership meetings and ensure accountability across functions. Maintain documentation, processes, and dashboards that keep the CEO informed and organized. Organize all-hands meetings, board calls, offsites, and leadership summits. Collaborate closely with finance, legal, investor relations, and HR on time-sensitive and confidential matters. What We're Looking For
