Job Title
This position will maintain the store merchandising standards and store pricing integrity. Responsibilities include managing price changes, executing product SKU labeling, and processing returns. Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
Pay Range :
$16.50 - $20.70 Minimum Eligibility Requirements : At least one year of retail sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with all levels of store management and staff. Proficiency in computer skills and internet project coordination. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information sensitively. Essential Functions : Maintain store pricing using the Tags-On-Demand (TOD) mobile printing station. Identify and label merchandise lacking vendor-provided SKUs using TOD. Support merchandise returns by returning saleable products to the sales floor. Follow safe lifting practices as per company SOPs. Assist customers with product selection and answer related questions as a product knowledge expert. Create and replace price tags and signage for products. Update signage based on price changes. Return products to correct locations after customer returns. Clean and stock products according to company standards. Communicate store moves and non-scanning SKUs via email. Collaborate with Department Managers on SKU needs, price changes, and returns. Working Conditions : Frequent exposure to warehouse environment and moving vehicles, with moderate to noisy noise levels. Physical / Sensory Requirements : Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and 20-30 pounds frequently, to handle objects. Frequent use of hands and fingers, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, and other physical activities.
