Senior IT Program / Project Management Consultant - Tolling

Responsibilities Plans, organizes, directs, controls, and delivers highly complex projects, programs, and/or portfolios aligned with client expectations and business needs. Projects may involve multiple technology disciplines or significant business process re-engineering efforts. Directs the activities of project support staff, project managers, program managers, and sub-contractors, ensuring appropriate resources are allocated for successful project completion. Coordinates interdepartmental meetings and communication to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Manages teams involved in programs or portfolios, focusing on project delivery to a finished state. Plans and manages program and portfolio resources and budgets. Assigns and monitors work of technical personnel, such as systems analysts and programmers, providing support and guidance. Coordinates priorities across projects and programs, requiring critical thinking and complex problem solving. Develops reporting procedures to monitor performance and distributes reports related to portfolio activities, management, and financial issues. Requirements 5-10 years of experience in tolling, road usage charging, or transportation systems is preferred. Strong analytical and leadership skills. Attention to detail with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders including executives and client teams.
