This is an exceptional opportunity to
play a key legal and strategic role
as an Attorney in a leading healthcare organization dedicated to advancing patient care and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal support for supply chain management operations, including sourcing and contracting, supplier relationship management, procurement, purchasing, customer relationship management, and strategic group purchasing organizations (GPOs) partnerships. Serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership and key stakeholders by offering strategic legal counsel. Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies. Utilize extensive analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal and business challenges. Demonstrate strong supervisory abilities and effectively collaborate across departments. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience
providing legal counsel in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, contract management, or GPOs. Healthcare industry experience. Preference for candidates with
procurement experience for the State of Texas . Proven track record of independent decision-making, sound judgment, and strategic insight. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Location & Work Arrangement: This is a
remote position , but candidates must reside in
