Client Onboarding Executive (12 Months Contract) (Private Wealth) #NKC

Support the front office in timely and compliant onboarding of new Private Wealth clients Review and assess account opening documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards Identify and escalate gaps or red flags in client KYC, source of wealth, and background checks Liaise with Relationship Managers to clarify submissions and request additional documents if needed Provide guidance to Relationship Managers on KYC requirements and ensure submissions meet standards Conduct proper client risk classification based on profile, source of wealth, and risk factors Work with compliance teams for escalations or additional reviews Monitor turnaround times and ensure cases are processed within service level agreements Maintain proper documentation for audit and regulatory readiness Support process improvements, checklist updates, and policy changes Work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple teams Interested applicants may email resume to kellychooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Chooi Kelly (CEI Registration No: R25136207) Recruit Express Pte Ltd (EA: 99C4599) We regret only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
