DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who will promote the brand by engaging with customers and increasing sales through various digital marketing techniques. Will be responsible to maintain all Marketing Automation Software, run and track CRM management, and execute and analyze Search Engine Optimization, Digital Marketing, and Website Management. The annual salary range for this role is 90,000-110,000 based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns from strategy development to execution and optimization.
Ensure CRM data is accurate, up-to-date, and leveraged for effective marketing efforts.
Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings and overall user experience.
Develop engaging email marketing campaigns incorporating A/B testing and automation strategies.
Track and analyze all digital marketing performance metrics, delivering actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
Oversee paid advertising budgets while monitoring and improving campaign effectiveness.
Stay current with industry trends and implement new digital marketing tools as appropriate.

Website Traffic Growth: Increase organic and paid traffic
Lead Generation: Improve lead conversion rates through optimized campaigns and automation.
Email Campaign Performance: Achieve higher open and click-through rates.
SEO Ranking Improvement: Advance search engine rankings for key company-related terms.
Ad Performance: Maintain a cost-effective advertising strategy with strong ROI.
CRM Engagement: Increase metrics such as email response rates and lead interactions.
Content Effectiveness: Measure and enhance user engagement and time spent on digital content.
Social Media Growth: Grow audience reach and engagement across all social media channels.
Revenue Contribution: Quantify how digital marketing efforts support overall sales growth.
Campaign ROI: Ensure digital campaigns meet or exceed budgetary and performance targets.
Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in either marketing, communications or business
Should have 2-5 years of work experience.
+ years of SEO and SEM experience.
2+ years of Email Automation experience (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
2+ years of Website CMS experience (WordPress preferred).
Proficient in digital data analysis (Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM/Company Data Reporting).
Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Photoshop, Canva, or similar design tool knowledge.
Salesforce Admin experience preferred.
Working knowledge of Google Ads/AdWords and SEM practices.
Ability to work effectively in a high-transactional and fast-paced environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Receptive to feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.
