As an EventProducer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse range of events. This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their vision, needs, and budget to create tailored event proposals. Concept Development: Collaborate with the culinary and design teams to develop innovative and cohesive event concepts that align with client objectives and Componere's brand aesthetic. Proposal Creation: Develop detailed and compelling event proposals, including timelines, budgets, vendor recommendations, and logistical plans. Budget Management: Create, manage, and reconcile event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness. Vendor Relations: Source, negotiate with, and manage a network of high-quality vendors (e.g., florists, rental companies, entertainment, audiovisual). Logistics & Operations: Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, layout, permits, staffing, and on-site execution. Timeline Management: Develop and adhere to strict timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and projects stay on track. On-Site Execution: Lead on-site event production, ensuring seamless execution, problem-solving, and client satisfaction. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in event planning, production, or management, preferably within the catering, hospitality, or luxury events industry. Proven track record of successfully planning and executing a variety of events from conception to completion. Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
