Electrical Superintendent - Renewables (On Site, US Wide) We’re looking for an experienced leaders to oversee electrical construction on large-scale solar projects for a leading EPC contractor. You’ll take ownership of site activities, ensure safety and quality, and deliver projects to schedule — all while working alongside some of the best in the renewable energy industry. Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise all electrical installation activities on utility-scale solar projects, including PV arrays, inverters, MV/HV systems, and grid interconnection. Coordinate daily work plans with foremen, subcontractors, and other site leaders to meet project milestones. Act as the main on-site electrical contact for project managers and client representatives. Enforce safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA, and local codes. Review electrical drawings and specifications to guide field execution. Oversee testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems. Track daily progress, manpower, and materials, reporting to the Project Manager. Identify potential delays, technical issues, and resource needs early. Foster a strong, safety-first site culture and mentor electrical teams. The Person 5–7 years’ experience in electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. In-depth knowledge of NEC, NFPA, OSHA standards, and electrical construction best practices. Experience with MV/HV equipment, switchgear, transformers, and grid connections. Skilled at reading and interpreting electrical plans and technical documents. Confident communicator and decisive leader with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in remote outdoor project sites and managing multiple priorities. Interested?
