1 Job Description: Sign-on Bonus:

$1,000 paid across the first 90 days ($250 after 30 days, $250 after 60 days, $500 after 90 days). The role involves ensuring guest and associate safety, security, and proper shift routines according to Omni standards. Responsibilities include: Responding immediately to emergency incidents and security requests. Monitoring compliance with all Omni Hotels' life safety programs, training, and SOP directives; reporting deficiencies. Ensuring safety of guests, associates, and property at all times. Enforcing hotel policies and procedures courteously and tactfully. Overseeing security personnel functions and shift assignments. Driving communication within the Loss Prevention department regarding daily events and incidents. Reviewing reports for accuracy and timeliness. Maintaining good relations with hotel departments for efficient service. Reporting property deficiencies and safety hazards. Conducting investigations and reports on incidents involving guests and associates. Coordinating guest room surveillance with the Director of Loss Prevention. Maintaining key control programs and investigating discrepancies. Ensuring security equipment is operational and well-maintained. Monitoring traffic in key hotel areas to prevent non-guest access. Reporting unauthorized employee entries/exits and inspecting exterior of the building. Maintaining communication with the Director of Loss Prevention and understanding emergency procedures and radio codes. Qualifications: Minimum of one year professional loss prevention, law enforcement experience, or current state certification as a Private Security Officer. Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Experience in upscale hospitality loss prevention preferred. CPR, basic first aid, and AED certification within 90 days of hire. Strong communication, organizational, and professional appearance. Must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license. Pass pre-employment drug screening.
