Lead Data Engineer

to architect and build scalable, high-performance data systems that power enterprise analytics and business insights. This is a

hands-on, hybrid role based in Dallas, TX , requiring

3 days onsite per week . The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in optimizing large-scale data pipelines, infrastructure, and platforms in a

hybrid cloud environment . Key Responsibilities Design and maintain robust data pipelines (batch, streaming, CDC) using

Spark ,

Kafka ,

Flink , and

Trino Build and maintain cloud-native data solutions using

AWS Develop reusable

ETL/ELT frameworks

and scalable data models supporting structured and unstructured data Implement orchestration tools like

Apache Airflow

and manage Kubernetes-based data workflows Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing systems Mentor junior engineers and champion data quality, governance, and best practices across the organization Requirements 7+ years of hands-on experience in

data engineering

with deep expertise in

Python ,

SQL ,

Spark , and

Kafka Strong experience with

data lakes ,

data warehouses , and

NoSQL databases Proven experience with

AWS Demonstrated success managing

petabyte-scale datasets

and

high-performance computing (HPC)

workloads Bachelors degree in

Computer Science ,

Engineering , or a related field (Masters preferred) Seniority level
