We are seeking a

Maintenance Technician Lead – 3rd Shift

to support production uptime in a high-volume manufacturing facility specializing in plastic injection molding and automated assembly. This position is hands-on and will serve as the go-to resource for troubleshooting large hydraulic and mechanical equipment during second-shift operations. The Lead Technician will also provide oversight to one direct report, making this an ideal opportunity for a strong technician looking to grow into leadership. Responsibilities: Serve as shift lead for maintenance operations on the third shift

Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

Support high-pressure wash systems, FANUC robotics, thermal bonding, and injection molding equipment

Perform and oversee preventative maintenance (PMs)

Collaborate with production to ensure equipment uptime and efficiency

Lead or participate in problem-solving initiatives

Maintain safety standards while working on industrial equipment

Requirements: Strong mechanical aptitude with an emphasis on hydraulics and large-scale machinery

Electrical troubleshooting experience required (controls experience a plus)

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment

Hands-on approach and ability to work on heavy industrial machinery

Leadership experience or strong leadership traits with a desire to mentor others

Must pass a background check

This is not a THC-friendly facility
