We are seeking motivated and committed individuals to join our volunteer-driven teams.
Position Type :
Volunteering (All positions are unpaid) Responsibilities : Administer and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. Understand the current environment quickly and recommend improvements. Design, build, and support cost-effective, scalable IT systems and applications to enable business growth. Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and act as a solution consultant. Track, implement, and inventory IT infrastructure software. Support core IT services such as Office 365, SharePoint Online, backups, security, and network infrastructure. Troubleshoot IT issues collaboratively and provide excellent customer service. Requirements : Education & Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience with O365, Exchange, Azure AD, and SharePoint administration. Help desk experience and end-user support skills are a plus. Experience with multi-site systems engineering in small to medium organizations preferred. Experience with MS Exchange Administration (Anti-Spam, Archiving, Remote Wiping), DirSync, and AD integration. Design, implement, and support Windows, Mac OS, Office365, networking, security, and cloud computing. Skills / Abilities : Strong understanding of Microsoft services like Skype, Lync, Yammer, OneDrive, Exchange, and Active Directory. Troubleshooting Office 365 connectivity and mobility issues. Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, SMTP). Commitment : Minimum 1-year commitment for unpaid position. Attend weekly meetings: 2 in-person and 2 via conference calls.
