General Dentist Our General Dentists perform a variety of preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures within the scope of general dentistry. We emphasize teamwork, so you'll collaborate with other dentists in your office and region to provide the best patient care. Additionally, Board Specialists are brought into your office for referred treatments, allowing patients to remain under our care while working alongside Specialty Dentists. We provide a trained team to assist and help build your schedule. We also handle daily operations, enabling you to focus on your patients and their smiles. We welcome dentists of all experience levels, including recent graduates, to join our team. If you're ready for the next step, our Managing Dentist Program allows you to oversee office operations and performance alongside the office's business manager. Typically, Managing Dentists have at least 3 years of experience, perform most new patient exams, mentor new dentists, and coordinate care with Specialists. Managing Dentists are also eligible for an office profitability incentive program, while General Dentists are bonused based on personal production.
