Job Summary: Fidelity Investments is a leading financial services company, and they are seeking a Stock Plan Services Product Manager. This role involves blending Stock Plan expertise with a focus on delivering results through strategic alignment, customer engagement, and data-driven insights. Responsibilities: • Defining, refining, and communicating the your team's mission to squad members and business partners to empower and rally support • Anticipating, discovering, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as the voice of the clients and guide execution of the squad • Measuring performance through established critical metrics and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results • Inspecting and evaluating progress, and removing impediments for your squad • Defining, presenting, and evaluating results against agreed acceptance criteria • Making informed trade-off decisions to strike the right balance between quality, cost, and timelines Qualifications: Required: • 8-10 years of related product management experience, systems development, product development, and/or project/product management • You take a data-driven approach to understanding client needs, you translate strategic goals into action, and prioritize to enhance value delivered • Strong analytical skills with experience defining metrics for your product areas, running A/B tests at scale and dissecting test performance to inform product decisions and roadmap • Understanding of machine learning concepts and AI technologies, as well as experience in product discovery and feature development for personalized consumer experiences • You have a continuous improvement approach and possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills • You are energized by working collaboratively to deliver agreed business outcomes, drawing on the expertise of colleagues to inform the approach and remove impediments to making progress • Experience inspiring and mobilizing all levels of the organization with your product vision, data-centric thinking, and customer/developer passion • You are capable of leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues without formal authority, and have a track record of building high-performing teams • You are intellectually curious and model a culture of learning and coaching Preferred: • Knowledge of brokerage & institutional technology Company: Fidelity’s mission is to strengthen the financial well-being of our customers and deliver better outcomes for the clients and businesses we serve.
