Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager
to join our team supporting the IT mission of a large federal agency. This position offers an opportunity for candidates to demonstrate expertise in product management and marketing tasks.

Skills and Attributes for Success :
Drive the SecureRelease product and business planning process across cross-functional teams
Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from ROI and build vs. buy perspectives
Assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation
Analyze product requirements and develop programs to ensure successful achievement
Develop and maintain production timelines across departments
Lead the execution of the SecureRelease product, including research, market analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and launch
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams
Create product strategy documents covering business cases, use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for marketing
Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on product development, QA, and release
Develop product positioning and messaging for primary market segments
Manage and deliver Release Notes, schedule walkthroughs, client notifications, and product deployment
Manage feature request queues and priorities
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering
Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
Experience overseeing all elements of the product lifecycle
Effective cross-functional team management
Proven success in product marketing strategies
Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and public speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications :
Master’s degree in product design or engineering
Software and web development experience
Experience as a non-managerial product developer
