The Sr. Program Director manages the entire program and team, ensuring performance meets or exceeds client expectations. Experience leading government projects in the Enrollment Broker space and full lifecycle project management is essential. Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field 12-15 years of professional experience Residency or relocation to Jefferson City, MO Willingness to work onsite Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar Experience with Medicaid programs and large-scale call centers Experience with CRM software and managing large portfolios This job is contingent upon contract award.
