Industrial Architect Location: Washington, USA Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Washington. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month, with the potential for salary negotiation based on experience.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings - Create detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software - Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects - Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve any issues that may arise - Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations - Review project budgets and timelines to ensure they are met within set parameters
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field - Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture - Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design tools - Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously - Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial buildings - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working on international projects is a plus - Familiarity with sustainable design principles is preferred
