Position Summary: The Shipping I will perform an array of shipping functions that may include communicating material requests, pulling parts for shipment, and documenting all material moves. Benefits: Generous benefits package including medical, dental, life, accident, critical care, and short-term & long-term disability insurance. 401K retirement program with employer match Paid holidays, sick and vacation time Employee purchase pricing on auto, power sport, and bicycle tires Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent is required Previous warehouse or forklift experience is highly preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment Follow OSHA guidelines Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow all company safety guidelines including usage of PPE and safe work practices Place material requests to Warehouse based on pick tickets Accurately pull parts for packaging/shipping based on pick ticket Verify product quantities against all packing lists or other paperwork as provided Return any unused parts to their proper locations or warehouse Correctly documenting all material moves on all applicable forms and turning in to supervisor daily Package / wrap / label all product as necessary for shipment Properly document all shipment information per individual order requests Adhere to inventory management guidelines for all material movement Follow all verbal or written instructions as provided by
supervision/management Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment Performs other duties as assigned Working Condition and Physical Requirements: Work is normally performed in a shipping warehouse and manufacturing environment Physical demands of the position are standing, crouching or kneeling, and lifting Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 50 lbs.
