Business Development Manager , you will play a critical role in identifying and nurturing client relationships, promoting the company’s scientific capabilities, and contributing to market expansion strategies. Prior business development experience is not required—just a strong scientific background and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced commercial environment. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as is a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for travel as needed. Primary Responsibilities Identify, engage, and develop relationships with prospective clients in the life sciences and biopharma sectors. Articulate and promote the company's service offerings and scientific expertise to diverse stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams—including scientists and marketing—to shape tailored service solutions. Attend and represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and meetings. Support branding and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding visibility and client engagement. Assist with regional planning, lead generation, and market intelligence activities. Candidate Requirements Ph.D. in a relevant Life Science or Bioscience field (e.g., Immunology, Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology). Passion for combining scientific knowledge with business strategy in a client-facing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. Highly organized and proactive with strong problem-solving skills. Must be fluent in both
