Responsibilities:
Lead Data Science Initiatives:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, define problem statements, and develop end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including Generative AI and LLM implementations, aligned with organizational goals. Model Development & Integration:
Design, build, and deploy analytical models within customer-centric decision engines. Ensure best practices for model deployment, scalability, and monitoring in production. Customer Behavior Analysis:
Utilize advanced techniques to analyze customer behavior, life stages, affluence, and interests across Singtel’s products, providing actionable insights to improve customer experience and increase revenue. Data Exploration & Experimentation:
Conduct data exploration, insights discovery, and experimentation for marketing campaigns. Implement A/B tests, segmentation, and optimization to enhance business outcomes. Stakeholder Communication:
Effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical teams and senior leadership in a clear and engaging manner. Coding Standards & Technical Practices:
Follow best coding practices, version control, and documentation. Gain experience with production workflows and cloud environments focusing on efficiency and performance. Continuous Learning:
Keep abreast of industry trends, tools, and techniques in AI/ML/GenAI and customer analytics. Apply new knowledge to solve business problems proactively. Skills for Success: Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Machine Learning & Statistical Modeling, including linear regression, GLMs, time series forecasting, supervised learning, segmentation, clustering, experimental design, and causal inference. Strong data manipulation skills (SQL, Python, Spark, Hadoop/Hive, Databricks) and data visualization (Power BI). Understanding of software engineering best practices, including modular coding, reproducibility, testing, and version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address complex business challenges through data analysis. Team-oriented with a customer-centric approach and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
