Introduction to the team Moss Adams is looking for a Managing Director for our Transaction Services group. An entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build a new practice within an existing successful firm are essential. We seek self-starting, highly motivated individuals with a proven track record of success and dedication to high-quality client services. The ideal candidate will have experience leading transaction services engagement teams at a large national professional services firm. Managing Directors within Transaction Services will have major engagement management responsibilities including managing client relationships, coaching staff, and coordinating services from other parts of the firm. Responsibilities also include researching complex accounting issues and conducting financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and other transaction-related services. Responsibilities :
Engagement management with clients, including working directly with c-suite executives to perform financial due diligence on middle-market companies across various industries. Collaborate with private equity firms, strategic clients, and investment banks to perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence, as well as other M&A activities. Manage all aspects of deal execution, including sourcing and managing client relationships, analysis, and delivery of client reports, and coaching team members. Coordinate services with other practice areas as needed. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients through networking and business development. Provide leadership and supervision to Staff, Seniors, Managers, and Directors. Enhance the personal brand and market credibility of senior leaders to drive growth. Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Minimum 10 years of related experience; experience in a large public accounting firm preferred. CPA preferred. Ability to analyze complex business and transaction situations. Experience supervising and training staff. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent presentation and marketing skills. Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
