Why We Need You: We are looking for a dynamic
Director of Business Insights & Analytics
to transform raw data into actionable insights that guide organizational strategies. This role combines domain expertise, storytelling, and analytics to empower leadership with clarity on performance, customers, and market trends. What You'll Do: Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports across finance, marketing, sales, customer success, and operations. Identify performance trends, growth opportunities, and operational improvements using financial and business data. Collaborate with GTM, Product, and Ops leaders to translate insights into strategic decisions. Lead predictive analytics and modeling for demand generation, revenue forecasting, customer segmentation, retention risk, and product usage. Facilitate OKR setting, quarterly reviews, and board meetings. Mentor analysts to promote data literacy and an insight-driven culture. Your Working Experience: 7–10 years in business intelligence, strategic planning, finance, or analytics, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS. Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), familiarity with ETL pipelines and data warehouses, and strong data storytelling skills. Ability to work across functions and influence through analytics. Set and enforce standards for data governance, quality, and documentation.
