Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead Brigit’s Instant Cash partnership offering: an embedded solution that enables our strategic partners to offer fast, flexible cash directly to their end users. This role is a unique opportunity to shape a product that sits at the intersection of technology, finance, and high-visibility partnerships. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of the product: crafting the vision, working closely with external partners, ensuring seamless end user experiences, and managing the balance between risk, compliance, and growth. What you'll be doing: Own the product roadmap for our Instant Cash partnership offering, from partner integration to end-user experience

Define product requirements that meet the needs of both our partners (B2B) and their customers (B2C), ensuring strong UX and commercial alignment

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, risk, compliance, business development, and customer success to bring scalable and compliant experiences to market

Support partner onboarding by scoping integration needs, identifying gaps, and ensuring smooth deployment

Design for flexibility, allowing for customization and configuration across multiple partner implementations while maintaining core product integrity

Balance growth with risk by partnering with credit, risk, and legal functions to continuously refine underwriting logic and collection strategy

Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions and drive adoption, retention, and engagement KPIs

Stay on top of market trends and competitive products in embedded finance and consumer credit

All potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying. Who you are: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, lending, or embedded finance

Experience managing B2B2C or platform-based products — especially where partner integrations and user trust are critical

Strong strategic thinking and the ability to prioritize in a complex stakeholder environment

A working knowledge of credit products and regulatory considerations

Comfort with data: working with analysts and making decisions from metrics

Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders—you can align teams and partners around a shared roadmap

Can-do mindset with a bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement

Nice to Have Experience working with partner APIs or building configurable platform tools

Background in credit risk and/or lending products

Compensation The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $140,000-$195,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
