About the role As an Assistant Website Merchandiser, you will execute online business, merchandise, and marketing strategies for the GreenRow site. Your responsibilities include implementing site changes to drive conversion, collaborating with tech, creative, merchandising, and e-marketing teams to ensure flawless execution, and working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and fun team environment. Responsibilities Execute product launches, promotions, and optimizations across product pages and shop paths. Review and execute eCommerce merchandising goals and strategies to increase sales, conversion rates, and site KPIs. Review site content, gather feedback, and implement changes to enhance customer experience across the site and channels. Manage image asset requests for product launches, including attending offsite photo shoots. Identify and recommend new site content and experiences based on analytics, feedback, surveys, and competitive analysis. Coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure data accuracy and correct product setup. Work with site managers, project management, and the e-technology team for database uploads, site deployments, and issue reporting. Manage database uploads to various environments for testing and deployment. Participate in daily site testing to ensure data integrity. Monitor dashboards, prepare weekly reports on site KPIs and trends, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for growth. Perform other projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required with 1+ years of eCommerce, catalog, or digital marketing experience. Advanced Excel skills. Strong affinity for the product and concept. Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and propose creative solutions. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Proven analytical and business planning skills. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change. Energetic, action-oriented, and challenge-ready. Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration. Ability to handle large datasets accurately and follow instructions carefully. Effective at working with diverse business partners. Competent in presenting data and insights to non-technical audiences. Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize effectively. Note: This role requires being onsite in the San Francisco office Monday through Thursday, with Friday optional.
