Description:

The Regional Director, XLP Financial Institution Practice - Business Insurance, provides strategic leadership for MMA UMW's Financial Institution placements and leads delivery of Financial Institution XLP resources to the region. This role involves participating in the national Financial Institution Center of Excellence (COE), supporting agency retention efforts, and offering technical expertise in the Executive Liability Practice. The position also requires collaboration with operations and sales leaders to enhance the client experience for MMA's Financial Institution clients and prospects.

We are looking for someone with:

10+ years of insurance experience, including strong knowledge of Management Liability lines from sales and underwriting perspectives

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Strong business acumen and leadership skills

Excellent organizational, project planning, and management skills

Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency

Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this role is $89,400 to $166,600, determined by experience, skills, education, and other factors. The position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and a comprehensive rewards package including health benefits, retirement plans, and more.
